Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Returns are not possible for handmade Products. However, if you have got wrong or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns requests must be reported within two (2) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us at rmutraders@gmail.com explaining the reason for the return request along with Unpacking Video (clearly showing the shipping label, uninterrupted unpacking, the products received in shipment). After approval of return request, place the item securely in its original packaging and Unpacking Video clearly shipping label, uninterrupted unpacking, Products in the box, and mail your return to our address. Upon receiving your parcel, we will inspect the item and depending upon the situation, we will consider sending a Replacement Product or refund of money.

Replacements

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

There are no exceptions to this. Exchange is only possible in case of wrong or defective product sent.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● Unpacking Video is a must for replacement.
