  1. It is NOT possible to cancel part or full of your order once placed.
  2. Once you haven placed your order, we orders are being packed within 1 hour time and handover to our Courier Partner as per our Shipping Policy.
  3. There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order in case of we found a quality issue in ready stock. In such cases, situation is being communicated to the customer and based on customer’s response either the refund is being issued or product is being shipped at a later date.

In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
  6. If you wish to return or replace product after you receive our product, it will be done based on Return and Exchance Policy
