Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We make sure that you get good & quality stuff well soon. All orders are usually packed in 1-2 hours. Shipping partners usually process within 1 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external reasons beyond our control.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RMUHandicraft.com is not responsible for any extra customs and taxes applied to your order by the local authority after shipping of order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please always record unpacking video after receiving the package. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to report it in 2 days.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

There is no seperate policy for International Shipping. We follow same policy for Domestic and International shipping
